1. All orders are custom and made to order. Due to this we are unable to accept any exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing. Please reference the sizing charts appropriately.

2. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes so please ensure order accuracy (size, spelling of name etc.) prior to final submission.

3. If you receive an error code on check out please ensure that your address as a space in between the postal code as well as the address is exactly how it is registered with Canada Post (no short forms).
